Rockwell Fellowship in Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Cohort 2
Andrew Arrigo
Andrew Arrigo is a junior Sport Management and Marketing major with experience working for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania as well as for several Pittsburgh sports teams including the Riverhounds, Pirates, and Steelers. Andrew is a member of 13 campus organizations and on the leadership team for 7 of them. Most notably, he is the current President of Phi Mu Delta Fraternity, Vice President for the Nonprofit Leadership Association, and Vice President for Sport Management Association. Andrew is so excited to be a part of the second cohort of Rockwell Fellows, and hopes to evolve his vision for building a recreation and education based nonprofit in his hometown.
Ken Buckley
Ken Buckley is a sophomore at Robert Morris majoring in marketing along with certificates in sales and entrepreneurship. He is aspiring to start an organization in Pittsburgh for college students in the area. He also has goals of starting his own company one day! Some random things he is also interested in include castles, travel, and wood-working.
Natalee Calfo-Carroll
Natalee Calfo-Carroll is a full-time sophomore student working towards a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Robert Morris University. Outside of the classroom, she is a member of the Women’s Leadership and Mentorship Program, is active in the university’s Honors Program, is a First Year Seminar Program mentor, and is the President of the Society of Women Engineers at the school. Additionally, through an internship with RMU’s Department of Engineering, she is working to research thermoplastic laser welding processes. Building off of the experience she has gained there, Natalee would like to explore developing sustainable, bioplastic alternatives to common products through the Rockwell Fellowship. Natalee has always had passions for problem solving and helping others, and cannot wait to see what she can achieve with this new opportunity!
Aaron Fullard Jr
Aaron Fullard Jr is a senior marketing and business management major here at Robert Morris University (RMU). Aaron was proficient in both academics and sports as he played football, basketball and track in highschool and even played a little bit in college. On the academic side of things he did things like take part in the Superintendent Advisor Council and even was in a homeland security program. While attending school at RMU he decided that he wanted to come up with something that he created himself. That is when he came up with his business venture “Events U'', which is an app designed to help plan events. He became part of this program to both improve on his idea and also expand it so that one day it can be successfully used in every city.
Spencer Jackson
Meet junior Graphic Design major Spencer Jackson. Spencer aspires to open his own graphic designing business and is currently working on his plans. He hopes to inspire others who have an eye for design and encourage them to pursue their own business.
Arianna Juergen
Adrianna Juergen is a Business Management major, earning a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She hopes to continue her studies at Robert Morris University to earn her Masters Degree in Business Administration. Adrianna is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Sigma Kappa Sorority, and Women in Business. Her aspirations is to open her own coffee and pottery shop, and one day be able to help military veterans and first responders when they retire from their service.
Cheyenne Rhone
Meet Cheyenne Rhone.Cheyenne is entering her Junior year pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management. She hopes to use her degree to learn more about the inner workings of current successful businesses and hopefully manage her own business in the future. Cheyenne's passion to sell products and networking with others started from her selling Girl Scout cookies for the past ten years as a scout. In 2013, Cheyenne successfully managed her own jewelry business and used her proceeds to travel to Europe, Panama, and Costa Rica.
Joshua Schultz
Joshua is thrilled to join the Rockwell Fellowship as his interests in entrepreneurs and EV’s have taken off since his first moments on campus. He is eager to sharpen his knowledge on every aspect of becoming and being an entrepreneur with this opportunity. Joshua is a 2020 graduate of The Linsly School and has personally and professionally developed quickly after his first year at RMU. He has joined two fraternities - Phi Mu Delta, and is a founding member of Pi Sigma Epsilon - along with numerous other organizations, including the American Marketing Association & Student Government Association as Director of Communications for the 2021-2022 academic year. With all of this experience, Joshua earned a Summer Internship position at Ten Four Social Marketing Agency, located in the South Side, where his passion for marketing and social media grew exponentially. Joshua is very excited to begin his sophomore year and to be apart of the second cohort of Rockwell Fellows and is ready to expand the mark he has already made on campus!
Cassie Sherman
Cassie Sherman is a Business Management major, minoring in HR management and earning Sales Excellence, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation Certificates. As a licensed cosmetologist, Cassie wants to mix her hands-on vocational skills as well as her in-depth RMU degree to create her own unique spa business. Cassie is a Community Advisor with the Office of Residence Life, an officer in the Sigma Kappa Sorority, a member of the RMU Honors College, and a member (and employed student assistant) of the Women's Leadership and Mentorship Program. Cassie's extensive list of accomplishments include being on the School of Business Dean's List, being a top contributing team member at the Pittsburgh Walk to End Alzheimer's, and serving as a student mentor and 'big sister' to multiple students at Robert Morris University.
Julianna Simon
Julianna Simon is a rising junior and marketing major at Robert Morris University. She is also working towards certificates in sales and entrepreneurship and innovation. She has received the SBUS Rising Star Award and Justice scholarship for her four years at Robert Morris University. Her passion for entrepreneurship flourished after taking the Entrepreneurship and Innovation course her sophomore year which gave her the opportunity to work with creative individuals aspiring to pursue their entrepreneurial ideas. She is looking forward to working with determined students working towards achieving their goals in the Rockwell Fellowship program.
