Dr. Carl Ross receives the Mona Counts Nurse Practitioner Award

Dr. Carl Ross was the 2023 recipient of the Mona Counts Nurse Practitioner Award from the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioner. The Mona Counts award is awarded to an NP who demonstrates a passion for caring for an underserved population, clinical education, and nurse practitioner leadership.
