A Weekend to Remember
INAUGURATION
Friday, October 7 at 1:30 p.m.
Join us on Friday, October 7, to celebrate the inauguration of Michelle L. Patrick, Ph.D., as the president of Robert Morris University.
Dr. Patrick was named president on July 6, 2022, and is the first woman to serve as RMU president. She had briefly served as interim president after six years as dean of the RMU School of Business.
The culture of change and innovation that Dr. Patrick sparked as dean of the School of Business is typified by the transformation of the MBA program, which was recently ranked No. 15 in the nation among online MBA programs by Fortune Magazine. RMU also has become the first university in western Pennsylvania to have its accounting program accredited by AACSB International.
During her tenure as the interim president, Patrick emphasized the importance of organizational culture and providing excellent service to students, efforts she has continued to prioritize as the university’s president.

EARTH, WIND & FIRE
After the game, walk over to the UPMC Events Center to see the real deal on stage as the legendary chart-toppers make RMU their boogie wonderland. Everybody has their favorite Earth, Wind & Fire song. With eight No. 1 hits to choose from, which is yours? One thing is for sure: Whether or not it’s a cloudy day, you’ll remember this night in October.
