We met at a party at my sorority, where all the sisters had a big celebration for all the new members. One of my best friends at the time was the president of the sorority and was a sweetheart to a fraternity. She had shown some of her closest friends in the fraternity pictures of the girls who were just initiated. When Michael saw my photo, he said, “I’m going to talk to that girl tonight!”

He did talk to me that night, about football of all things. (I didn’t even like football.) We added each other on Snapchat and got to talking. For our first date, he took me to dinner at TGI Fridays. We were both picky eaters and the perfect match. Here we are two years later, both graduated. We have added a puppy, Noel, to the family and are planning on moving in together in April!
