“I went to college single and with no plans of getting a boyfriend. Shortly after starting school, my roommate started dating a guy. His roommate was named Dan, and Dan had a car, so he drove them around to the store and to parties, and I would often tag along. Well, my roommate and her boyfriend didn’t date long, but one day Dan approached me and said even though they broke up, we could still hang out. We have been together since 1989. We have so many great memories of intramural sports, Sewall Center, the Ground Round and much more. Dan and I both got undergraduate and graduate degrees from Robert Morris. We married in 1997, and we have three children and live in Canonsburg.”
