Responsibilities

  • Preparation of IRS Forms 5471, 8858, 5472, 1120-F, and SS-4 as well as accompanying statements
  • Assemble work papers for IRS Form 1118, return-to-provision summary, book adjustments and other supplemental schedules;
  • Assist Manager with responses to IRS Information Document Requests (“IDRs”);
  • Assist Manager and other members of Tax Staff with projects, assignments, and other tasks as necessary to support timely and accurate reporting/filing of federal and state income tax returns;
  • Assist Manager with ongoing IRS audit; and
  • Research various international tax issues, as requested.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Overall GPA of 3.2 or better
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn OneSource Tax Compliance software

Start: March 2025

Hours – Hybrid

  • Part time during the spring/fall semesters (15-20 hours/week) – one day a week in person
  • Full time in the summer – hybrid schedule as the rest of the full-time team, 3 days in office/2 WFH
  • Extremely flexible for school requirements, finals, and vacations

Compensation: $25/hour
