Responsibilities
- Preparation of IRS Forms 5471, 8858, 5472, 1120-F, and SS-4 as well as accompanying statements
- Assemble work papers for IRS Form 1118, return-to-provision summary, book adjustments and other supplemental schedules;
- Assist Manager with responses to IRS Information Document Requests (“IDRs”);
- Assist Manager and other members of Tax Staff with projects, assignments, and other tasks as necessary to support timely and accurate reporting/filing of federal and state income tax returns;
- Assist Manager with ongoing IRS audit; and
- Research various international tax issues, as requested.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Overall GPA of 3.2 or better
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn OneSource Tax Compliance software
Start: March 2025
Hours – Hybrid
- Part time during the spring/fall semesters (15-20 hours/week) – one day a week in person
- Full time in the summer – hybrid schedule as the rest of the full-time team, 3 days in office/2 WFH
- Extremely flexible for school requirements, finals, and vacations
Compensation: $25/hour
