The Banner page SHATERM allows you to view a student's academic standing, overall GPA, number of credits attempted and earned, and more. In addition, you can use the "Options" menu to navigate to even more detail about individual classes taken and grades earned.

Directions:  

1. From the Banner Main Menu screen, type SHATERM, then press Enter.
2. If you know the Student's ID number, type it in the ID field. If you don't know the R#, look it up by clicking on the 3 dots just to the right of the ID field.
3. Enter the Course Level Code, click the 3 dots (...) for a list of values.

• Click the Go button.

  • (You can leave the "Start Term" field blank.)

The following student information will appear:

• Academic Standing

• First and Last Term Attended

• Hours Attempted

• Hours Passed

• Hours Earned

• Overall GPA (Grade Point Average)

Here you can review the student's coursework on a term-by-term basis, showing what classes they took, what grade they received and whether or not the class was repeated.

Use the up and down arrows on your keyboard to navigate to later terms.
