If working remotely:
- You will not need to connect to the VPN (Forticlient or CISCO AnyConnect) to use Banner self-service.
- You will need to connect to the VPN to use Banner "AppNav".
Banner Application Navigator (AppNav) Login
Banner AppNav is the comprehensive Banner system used to maintain and view student and staff information. Only Faculty / Staff will use Banner AppNav.
- Log into to Banner AppNav via RMU Sentry (Software Applications card).
Accessing the Self-Service Portals
The Banner self-service portals for students, faculty, advisors and success coaches provide a user friendly way to access student / academic information and register for classes.
- Log into Banner Self-Service via RMU Sentry.
Hint: If you have trouble logging into Banner via SSO and are setup as a valid Banner user, please try opening a "New incognito window" in the Google Chrome browser (click the 3 dots in the upper right of the Chrome browser), copy the URL (link) for the Banner system you are trying to log into, and try again to login.
