The Banner page SOAPCOL provides a way to view information about a student's academic record from previous colleges, including field of study, degree received, GPA, transfer credits earned, whether RMU has received a transcript, and more. If you have additional access, you may also have be able to enter prior college information about a student or view relevant scanned documents using Imaging software.

Directions:

1. From the Banner Main Menu screen, type SOAPCOL, then press Enter on your keyboard.
    
2. If you know the Student's ID number (R#), type it in the ID field. You can click the 3 dots (...) to search by name.
    
3. After the ID has been entered, click the Go button to view the students' prior college information.

1. Click on the grey Tabs to access more information, such as Major field of study.

   To look up another student, click the Start Over button and start again.

   To exit, click the Exit icon "X"
