Writing for the Workplace

RMU’s Writing for the Workplace Certificate offers all students the opportunity to improve their writing and to demonstrate this expertise as a credential that will appear on their transcripts. This certificate is NOT designed for those who wish to focus on a career as a writer, but rather for those who wish to improve their writing in support of their career and promotion. Research has shown that across all industries, employers are more likely to hire and/or promote candidates with strong skills in written communication.
