"My professors have set me up for success and have allowed me to flourish in any way I choose to."
Meet Madison Kerrigan ‘24
Madison graduated this May with a Bachelor of Arts in News and Sports Communication. Now she’s working full-time for the Pittsburgh Penguins as a PPG Specialist in Partnerships Marketing.
“Robert Morris has given me more than an education. It has given me love, leadership, and experience in the real world which I am forever grateful for. My professors have set me up for success and have allowed me to flourish in any way I choose to. They helped me get to where I am today, working for the Pittsburgh Penguins and planning on continuing my career in the sports industry. I have RMU to thank for my greatest accomplishments.”
A couple weeks ago, alumni Luke Mohamed ‘10, VP of Partnership Sales for the Pittsburgh Penguins, celebrated Madison’s accomplishments with an office party, complete with an RMU cake and Colonial attire!
“Madi was an intern, who became our PPG Specialist. Despite her title, she walked, talked, and acted like a full-time, seasoned Pittsburgh Penguins veteran. The end result was her owning a variety of responsibilities far beyond her job description. Her resume reflects someone with multiple years of experience, not a recent graduate. We love that.”
While at RMU, Madi was a sorority memeber of Delta Pho Epsilon and held an internship with the Penguins.
