Join certified instructor Gina Wilkes for safe and effective movement, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to support health, resilience, and personal growth. You’ll be able to take these techniques with you outside of this class to help alleviate stressors at any time. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a mat, towel, and/or cushion on which to sit.
If you are new to movement classes, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, this class will provide a comfortable space to introduce you to these practices. The 45-minute class begins promptly at 6:00 PM.
