Military Bike Ride - Take a Bite of the Montour Trail

Our bicycle rides are a great way to explore Western Pennsylvania and beyond. The rides are hosted by Leo McCarthy, Army veteran and retired Moon Township police chief. Leo works hard to plan our rides, peppering them with an ounce of fun and a dash of history.

The rides are social in nature and limited to a small group of 15 riders. We take our time and enjoy the camaraderie. These rides are for veterans and currently serving military and a buddy over 18 years of age.

Veterans and currently-serving military members are invited to join us for friendly conversation and fun. This is not a therapy session, though you'll probably feel good when you leave. Veterans of all branches, backgrounds and ages, both male and female, attend. They tell great stories and often share information that benefits the group.

Restore 22 Putt-Putt Fundraiser

Registration is open for the Restore 22 Putt-Putt fundraiser!  Start the day with a cup of Restore 22 brand coffee and a danish. Have fun playing a round of mini golf with a few surprise challenges along the way. Earn extra basket raffle tickets while participating in our virtual scavenger hunt. Enjoy delicious food from Mission BBQ. Be entertained with music courtesy of John Sarkis of the legendary Skyliners with singing partner Tarah. Try your luck with our basket raffle and 50/50 drawing. The ticket price is for one foursome.

Military Dependent Event

April is the Month of the Military Child.

All Military Dependents in grades 9th thru 12th grade are invited to the Center for Veterans and Military Families (CVMF) on Thursday, April 11th from 5:00-6:00pm. No connection to RMU is necessary to attend.

During this visit you will be able to enjoy meeting the CVMF, VITAL and ROTC staff, ask questions, receive a tour of our beautiful facility, enjoy refreshments and be entered into a drawing to win this PURPLE themed snack basket that includes a PURPLE STANLEY!!!

April is the month of the military child.  We will be celebrating military dependents ALL month long.  

All military dependents can come down to the CVMF in the Jefferson Center and get one raffle ticket each day to be entered to win 1 of 2 PURPLE items.

April 11 - Come down to the CVMF and enjoy some PURPLE cake.
